Are classes suitable for all levels?

The class is suitable for all levels, as the weights will determine your starting point. Beginners will use lighter weights, while advanced participants will use heavier weights, allowing everyone to participate. Additionally, I typically demonstrate both modified and advanced options for other exercises.

Do you provide nutritional coaching?

Yes, I offer nutritional coaching for an additional fee. As a certified health and wellness coach, I can create a personalized nutrition plan tailored to your fitness goals. This option can be added at checkout.

Are there any evening classes?

Currently, the only time slot available is Mon, Wed, Thurs at 5:45AM-6:30 AM.

What do I need for class?

All classes require a mat and water.

What if I miss a class?

Just like a gym membership, missed classes cannot be rescheduled or made up.

Can I get my money back?

No refunds will be processed after the 2nd week of class.
